My name is Una Lacey & I have worked in the Fitness Industry for just under 10 years, (before that I was a secondary school teacher who loved running, triathlon and everything it meant to stay fit & well). In 2015 I took a leap of faith and turned my love of sport into a career.
This new career provided opportunities to work in schools, sports clubs, community parks and private venues, as well as on-line. I have supported people’s sporting endeavours from C25K to their latest Ironman. I have been privilege to helped people find their way into fitness as well as maintain their well being as they rehabilitate from a stroke, or are living with; Arthritis, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, MS & vision impairment. This has provided me with a wealth of knowledge & experience, working with individuals & groups of all ages & stages of fitness.
I love a challenge & I love problem solving, I will take the time to listen & get to know you and your needs. I will then creating fitness sessions & progressive plans, tailored to you & your goals. I also understand that investing in Personal Training is about more than just getting fit, it is time for you – something that you are doing for yourself, and that is valuable time.
