Whether a one off or block booking you will be given the opportunity to workout safely and effectively. Progressions will be offered as appropriate, and feedback sought throughout to ensure you are getting the workout that is right for you.

Suitable for anyone recovering from a sports injury, fall or sprain.

The sessions will complement treatment from Physiotherapist & other professionals to support rehabilitation.
