Bookings will be confirmed by return email, along with a questionnaire. This is for you to provide as much information as you are happy to so your session can be planned so suit you & your goals. This will be helpful for one off sessions, just as much as a progressive block of work.

If booking a block of 6 session payment will be expected in advance of your first session by bank transfer. If a one of session bank detail will be provided on arrival for you to make your payment then.

Cancelling a Booking

To cancel / reschedule an appointment please text me on 07979188997.

Please give as much notice as possible for cancellations, its ok, things happen, but this will enable your booking slot to be offered to someone on the waiting list. If cancelled 24hrs or more before your session you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

If the cancellation is less than 24hrs then you may loose all payments made.
